Growing Peyton- 6 weeks

November 17th Peyton turned 6 weeks old! Since we didn't have a dr's appointment I don't have any updated stats, but she sure is growing!

At 6 weeks Peyton is becoming much more smiley. She loves to lay on her activity mat and smile at her star or the birds on her swing. She is getting really strong now and is much better at holding up her head. While carrying her around she moves her head from side to side trying to see everything around her. She has lost a good amount of the hair she was born with, but it is still dark and her eyes are becoming more and more blue. She still digs her paci, but in a pinch she tries to get her fingers into her mouth too. She's still eating great and has gone a 6 hour sleeping stretch here and there at night, but nothing consistent.

In the past few weeks Peyton's been going out to dinner a lot, she's been to work with mommy, she's been to church at Ballston and Potomac Yard several times and she's been on a "hike" on Roosevelt Island.
