During our stay in the hospital we had so many people come to meet Peyton! It was so fun having visitors knowing each one of them anticipated her arrival just as much as we did :-)
First was big brother Owen, who met Peyton just 5hrs after she was born!
Then it was Aunty Laurie's turn!

Jessica, Tim and Emerson came to visit us that afternoon
Then Jessica, Josh and Madeline brought us dinner (thanks guys!)
Kristy, Mike and Jovie were the last to visit on the day Peyton was born ( I wonder if Jovie remembered being here just six weeks earlier?!)
The next day Erica and Steve came to see us, and Ruth got to stay home with her own Grandma and Grandpa from Illinois!
We even had a skype visit from Grandma Donna, Grandpa Bill and Aunty Sarah (I heart technology!)
And when we arrived home for the first time, guess who was waiting for us!? Grandma Bonnie and Grandpa Steve!
We feel so blessed by all the family and friends who were there to welcome Peyton and by those who had to welcome her from afar! We felt surrounded by your love and prayers and love you all!
we love you, peyton!!!! so excited that you are finally here. can't wait for play dates!
